Day at the Beach
For a perfect beach day on Kauai, head to Anini Beach on the North Shore of Kauai. Backed by a large offshore reef, the ocean is relatively calm here. It's a tranquil beach, perfect for swimming, beach walks, and paddle boarding. It's an ideal place to get away from it all.
What to Pack: While packing a couple of swimsuits is a no-brainer, also pack some easy cover-ups like a pair of denim cutoffs. Hanalei is a charming small town located on the North Shore of Kauai. Located west of Princeville, Hanalei is full of restaurants, shops, local bars, and even art galleries. It's the perfect place to take a break from the beach, to grab a bite to eat for lunch and do some shopping.
