Fond memories come to mind when I think of my time spent in Cinque Terre - hiking between the five seaside villages, swimming in the Ligurian Sea at Monterossa al Mare, a delicious seafood lunch in Vernazza, followed by sunbathing on the rocks, walking the cobblestone streets, and tasting lemons in Riomaggiore. Scenes of striped umbrellas, colorful seaside buildings, terraced-mountains and hillside doors, poppy fields, fishing boat filled harbors, and views of the coastal cliffs and sea will always come to mind, and I look forward to the day of seeing them again...
